This comprehensive water treatment training program has been developed to provide basic and advanced levels of education.
Day 1 – Basic Water Treatment Seminar
1. Water testing and LWGconnect.com introduction
2. Symptoms of water quality problems
3. Sizing and selection of water softeners, acid neutralizers, filters, and cartridge filtration
4. Sales training and overcoming consumer objections
DAY 2 – Advanced Certified Installer
Prerequisite: Attendance of the Basic Water Treatment Seminar *
1. Advanced treatment options
2. Residential and commercial equipment installations
3. Chemical Injection Systems
4. Hands-on teardown and rebuild of control valves
* Advanced Installer Certificates will only be issued to hose who have also attended the Basic Water Treatment Seminar

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Tuesday May 9th, 2023
Registrations after May 9th will incur a $50 late fee per attendee.
Cancelations after May 9th and No Shows will be charged a 75% cancellation fee.
